Get ready to move, groove, and sparkle! This is your chance to dive into the vibrant world of Bollywood dance and to learn more about its history—where high-energy moves meet rich traditions from Indian classical and folk styles. Whether you’re a total beginner or a dance floor regular, join us for 45 minutes of fun that celebrates rhythm, culture. Free session. No experience necessary.

Join us for a few words and free refreshments, to celebrate the launch of the 1st North Chingford Heritage Festival.

3.40pm: Songs from CADOS
Join the Chingford Amateur Dramatic and Operatic Society for an hour of fun songs from the last century. With something for everyone, this really is one not to be missed.
